Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KōR Pilates Dubai. By accessing our website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

KōR Pilates is a Reformer and Mat Pilates studio based at InterContinental Dubai Marina. These terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of services through our studio or website.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Class bookings must be made via our online booking platform.

You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session.

If a class is cancelled by KōR Pilates, your credit will be automatically returned to your account.

3. Packages & Memberships

  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Class packs have an expiry date (e.g. Trial 3 Class Credits - Expiry 2 weeks, 5 Class Credits - Expiry 1 month, 10 Class Credits - Expiry 2 months, 20 Class Credits - Expiry 4 months).

  • 2025 Summer Unlimited Membership

    • Offer Validity

      • This Summer Unlimited Membership is valid for one calendar month from the date of activation. Offer includes access to group Reformer Pilates classes only. Private sessions and special classes are not included.

    • Class Cancellations & No-Shows

      • We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.

      • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class or failure to attend without notice more than twice will result in a AED 100 no-show fee per occurrence.

      • If no card is saved on file, your membership will be paused until payment is settled.

    • Grip Socks

      • Grip socks are mandatory in all classes for hygiene and safety. These can be purchased in-studio.

    • Membership Use

      • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Bookings must be made by the individual member only.

    • Additional Perks

      • Your membership includes:

        • Unlimited Reformer Pilates classes

        • Access to steam room, sauna & jacuzzi at Intercontinental Marina

        • 20% off spa treatments

        • 20% off Back to Roots

        • 25% off Intercontinental Marina F&B

4. Studio Policies

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class.

  • For safety, latecomers may not be permitted to join once the class has started.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with studio etiquette or safety policies.

5. Health & Safety

  • You participate in all classes at your own risk.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.

  • If pregnant or postpartum, you must have medical clearance before attending group classes.

6. Promotions & Competitions

  • Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

  • Giveaway winners will be notified via the method specified and must claim their prize within 7 days.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Privacy & Data

  • By booking a class or signing up to our mailing list, you consent to receive email communications from us.

  • Your personal data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Website Use

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of KōR Pilates and may not be used without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse or copy any part of the website for commercial purposes.

9. Amendments

  • KōR Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and apply from the date of publication.

10. Refunds & Returns

  • All purchases made through KōR Pilates, including class packs, memberships, and promotional offers, are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness or medical condition), we may offer a credit extension or partial refund at our discretion. Proof may be required.

  • Retail items or merchandise purchased in-studio may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
    For hygiene reasons, grip socks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards or sale items.
