Movement has always been part of who I am. From a young age, I was constantly on the move—energetic, creative, and drawn to an active lifestyle. Originally from the UK, Dubai has become my home, and it’s here that my passion for fitness has truly evolved.
My career began in the fashion industry, where I launched Alice Victoria, a brand dedicated to helping women feel confident in their own skin, no matter their shape or size. That same philosophy—empowerment through transformation—led me to the world of fitness.
In 2023, I became a Certified Personal Trainer & Reformer Pilates Instructor, and I haven’t looked back since. My love for movement deepened as I witnessed the strength, confidence, and balance Pilates brings to both the body and mind. Now, with every session, my goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence—one pulse, one breath, one movement at a time.
